Kilchoman Single Cask 524/2011: A rather delightful single cask release from Anthony Wills' farm distillery, Kilchoman. The Islay-based site grows a portion of the barley used in its whisky, and is one of the small number of distilleries in Scotland with traditional floor maltings.

It is pot-distilled twice and aged in charred oak barrels, resulting in a full-bodied and well-balanced dram.
